When you highlight the Red Critical, you see that the device failed to connect to Symantec for content updates. See Error Message section.
Symantec is aware of this issue and will update this document when a solution becomes available. It is not necessary to log a support case on this issue. Please subscribe to this article to be notified of any updates.
There are workarounds available: If you use a Proxy to connect to the Internet:
Log into the ATP UI for 2.0.1 build.
Click on Settings> Appliances> and then click the Appliance
Scroll down to Network Proxy section.
Uncheck the box that is checked and wait a few seconds and check the same box again.
This should overwrite the default settings.
Wait for Liveupdate to run again.
If successful then the Red Critical should go away and you should see a green Healthy Status.
