VIP Access for mobile (iOS) appears to be tracking user location.

We can not see VIP in location services, nor does VIP Access for mobile appear to be using iPhone location information.

Users could arrive home (in the example) and get a badge message on their iPhone from VIP advising that they had arrived Home. See the attachment to screen shot for the actual error.

The VIP Access for Mobile application does not track location.

There is a feature available after iOS 8 that allows location-based app suggestions, on your lock screen and badge.

This badge and any similar notification is a product of settings on your iOS device, and has nothing to do directly with VIP access function or settings.
