When users are logging in to a Servicedesk or Workflow portal session, the error can appear sporadically.In addtion to the primary error listed below, an "Access Denied for this user." error can appear.
Domain Name was missing in username
Duplicate ServiceID's for published projects.
This can be resolved by clearing the browser cache, and restarting the Workflow Service and IIS. However, a permanent solution is to review all published projects (especially custom project that were copied from other projects) and make sure that they all have a unique ServiceID.
