Issue/Introduction

Block or notify pop-ups may display when users copy sensitive data to the Clipboard. This occurs when the Clipboard Paste feature is enabled and Clipboard Copy is disabled.

Cause

When endpoint users use third-party add-ons or extensions to Firefox or Chrome, the DLP Agent responds to Clipboard functions in an unpredictable manner.

Resolution

Disable third-party Firefox add-ons and Chrome extensions.
