After upgrading to Symantec Web Gateway (SWG) 5.2.5 the services do not restart and the appliance will not reboot. When attempting to reboot the SWG the error message "System reboot is temporarily disabled while a system change is in progress. Please try again in a few minutes" is displayed.
A lock file is preventing the reboot command from being completed successfully.
Open a remote assistance case (Administration -> Configuration -> Maintenance) and contact Symantec Technical Support with the remote assistance case number for assistance.
