After time or specific number of closure attempts it has been observed that it might be impossible to further close incidents. Incidents will continue to remain open.
It might be also possible to observe issue with no new incidents getting created in ATP GUI.
Symantec is aware of this issue and will update this document when a solution becomes available. It is not necessary to log a support case on this issue. Please subscribe to this article to be notified of any updates.
Note: For problem with closing incidents, If only small number of incidents is needed to be closed, then reboot of the device can be tried as temporary workaround.
