Issue/Introduction

Administrative credentials are mandatory for executing Sysprep when capturing a Windows 10 image. If the 'User' credentials field exceeds 20 characters, the task will fail to save and Sysprep will fail to execute.

1) New 'Create Disk Image' tasks will disappear from the job when attempting to save them.

2) Existing 'Create Disk Image' tasks will not retain the new credentials and revert.

Cause

The cause of this issue is currently under investigation.

Resolution

Work-around: Execute Sysprep as the local ‘Administrator’
