Cloud enabled agent could not connect to the Symantec Management platform.
The Symantec Management Agent logs had the following errors:
Failed to create new client credentials, error: The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized (0x8009030D)
InitializeSecurityContext error while client handshake: The message received was unexpected or badly formatted (0x80090326). This is normal if security certificate is not available on the client machine

The errors in the system event log:
A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 40.
A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the SSL client credential private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is 0x8009030D. The internal error state is 10003.
Enabled a group policy called
"Allow local activation security check exemptions"
Run gpedit.msc
Computer configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Distributed COM > Application Compatibility Settings Allow local activation security check exemptions and enabled it.
