Appears the data held in the table Evt_SUA_Execution is no longer being updated correctly since upgrading to ITMS 8.0.x, for the number for installed, failed and missing Software Updates is always NULL.

Evt_SUA_Execution is a legacy table and is no longer being used by ITMS for current Software Update status on client side.
The new table is called Inv_Software_Update_Distribution_Status and any custom reports will need to be updated.
Note: The table will be empty of entries once the computer applies all targeted updates, sends back compliance information and the NS.Windows Patch Remediation Settings schedule runs. Additionally, the table Inv_Software_Update_Distribution_Status uses status codes.
Here is a list of possible status values:
Client status (visible)
Package is unavailable on client
Maintenance window isn't open. Waiting till it will be processed
Installed by Software Update Plugin
Installed by user
Installed manually by user
Failed to apply with maximum number of retry attempts
Failed to install and was rescheduled for another try
Not applicable for current computer based on results of assessment scan
Update is downloaded and scheduled for deployment
Superseded by another update delivered to agent
Installation in progress
Installation of update is started
Checking status after package execution
Update requires restart to finish deployment of new files
Installed with errors
Update installed new files, but returns non-success code during deployment
