Issue/Introduction

After the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) server is upgraded to 14.3  version the Client Install Packages for Windows 32 and 64 bit appear missing.

Error happened
- Reading the package contents...
- Adding the package into the management server...
- Disabling cancel operation as updating server database...

Resolution

Ensure that the version of client packages being imported are the same version or lower than the SEPM.
