Also in the Local Security Policy go to Local Policies/Security Options then find "System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing". Enable this setting. Do this for the Application Server and EACH CCS Manager, along with the SQL Server.
After the needed keys have been added or modified as need be, the server will require a reboot
After enabling this setting run the command gpupdate /force to assure that this setting has taken effect.
