The Help Desk application can currently only utilize the password reset utility to reset passwords tied to the Windows accounts on the system. This request is to include a method to also allow for a password reset for a non-Windows account on the drive using the Help Desk application.
Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. This Feature Request is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version of the product.
