Issue/Introduction

When registering your ATP manager in ServiceNow, you receive an error regarding an invalid insert

Resolution

In order to resolve this, please check the following:

  • Confirm ATP server is functioning and the microservices_host service is running
  • Confirm that the client id / secret is correct
  • Confirm that the MID server is functioning and the services are running
