The workspace streaming agent shows the following error when attempting to stream applications:
Error Code 10006: Communication error: connection may be lost. Please verify your network settings and try accessing the application again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.
The error may not happen every time and applications may eventually fully cache and launch successfully after several attempts.

Combination of bad server group configuration and network problems
In one case we found that the problem could be resolved by properly configuring server groups so that each front end server (FE) was in it's own server group. No more than one FE should be in a server group unless there is a load balancer assigned to the group. Also each server group should be assigned to have a backup server group so that when network issues stop a streaming attempt it can fail over to another FE and continue streaming.
