When adding an account for Email Security.Cloud correlation, you see the error, "Connection error."

A firewall or enterprise proxy is limiting connectivity to https://datafeedapi.symanteccloud.com from the ATP management port.

The error indicates that the ATP was not able to reach the Email Security.cloud servers to download the event data for correlation. Use the status_check and tcp_check commands to troubleshoot this connectivity.
