Need to issue a controlled substance prescription and can't login to Practice Fusion to do so.
Any failure of your VIP Credential ID to validate on Practice Fusion for any reason.
A new install of VIP Access (mobile or desktop) - includes a new phone with migrated settings.
You see a different Credential ID on your app. than you had previously for any reason.
This is a two step process:
Verify that you DO have a valid Credential ID and 6 digit number (cycling every 30 seconds) on your app. If you have a hard token, you will see a 6 digit number, and a Credential ID on the back of the device. If you have these things, proceed to step 2.
Contact Practice Fusion support here: http://www.practicefusion.com/help/ to register your Credential ID. Only Practice Fusion can associate your Credential ID with your Practice Fusion account. This web address is current as of 12/2016.
Symantec support can help with step 1 only (contact firstname.lastname@example.org), if the app is installed properly, please contact Practice Fusion directly to finish step 2.
