Contact your Symantec sales rep
Contact your main VIP administirator or another VIP Administrator within your organization for assistance. In the event where there are no other valid VIP Administrators, please follow these steps to update contact information.
►VIP Token lost\unavailable
Contact another VIP Administrator within your organization for assistance. If no other valid VIP Administrators are available, a VIP administrator may request his/her invalid token be removed by sending an email to Symantec VIP Support from the email address listed in VIP Manager. Once done, the admin is prompted for a new token ID during next login.
