This issue occurs while trying to boot a known (managed) computer to WinPE through PXE.
GSS 3.1 MP4 and MP5
Windows failed to start. A recent hard or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
Info: The Boot Configuration Data for you PC is missing or contains errors.
One possible cause of this issue could be related to the Primary Lookup Key value which is set within the GSS console. If your Primary Lookup Key is set to something other than MAC address this could cause this issue.
Another possible cause could be related to your installation of PXE. It may be corrupt.
Development is also investigating this issue as a possible defect.
For the Primary Lookup Key cause the fix is to simply check the box for MAC address as your Primary Lookup Key.
To do this open your GSS console
Click on Tools
Go to Options
Click on the Gobal tab
Check the MAC address option down at the bottom
Another work around is, you can try removing the product and reinstalling it or building a new server to install the product on.
