Example #1: Settings remain in this configuration when turning off Password Protection
Example #2: To remove all Password Protection disable the features prior to turning off the feature.
Note: "Maximum failed attempts to unlock" cannot be turned off completely via policy, 10 is the maximum failed attempts allowed. You can disable this via an admin command prompt after disabling the Password Protection policy by running "net accounts /lockoutthreshold:0"
Note: Windows Security Policy is not available on Home Editions of Windows, you will need to add Security Configuration and Security Templates from the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) or use the "net accounts" command to change settings.
