Aged Realtime Events logs are backing up on the Data Center Security: Server (DCS) agents and no current event information is being sent to the DCS Manager.
A past error in sending event logs has caused a backup of the RTEventsXXX.csv files on the DCS Agent. Due to the error in sending that oldest event data, no current events are able to be sent to the manager until that original error is cleared.
To clear the old logs and allow the event data to begin transmission, perform the following:
1. Stop the Agent service.
2. Move or Delete the old .csv files.
3. Start the Agent service.
4. Confirm that event data is being sent to the DCS Manager for the affected agent.
