There is a workaround to check the order status with below steps
Users need to sign in to account by entering email address and password when ordering a Credential.
Steps to check order status: 1. Go to https://vip.symantec.com/orderstatus.v URL 2. Select first option to view multiple orders 3. Enter Email Address 4. Enter Password 5. Order Status page will be displayed with the order numbers 6. Click on an order number to view detailed order information. For information on orders that have already been shipped or delivered, click the tracking number
Note: If users forget their password, use this steps below to reset the same. Click on “Forgot My Password”. A temporary password valid for 24 hours will be sent to their registered email address. Once you login, the user will be asked to choose a new password.
