On loading the Sender/Recipient Pattern Global page in the enforce UI, the buttons to add a new list or edit existing lists are missing and all previous entries that were in the list have disappeared.

There are no errors, the Add and Edit buttons are missing from the web page and no prior entry information is showing in the interface.
A policy that is associated with a Reuseable Sender/Recipient pattern has been exported from another system and imported to the affected system
When this happens, the policy import will create a row in the senderrecipientpattern table with some of the fields containing a NULL, entry. This then prevents the Enforce console from being able to display the page correctly.
The root cause of this will be fixed in a future version 15.5
To avoid the problem: Temporarily remove any Reusable Sender/Recipient Patterns from policies before they are exported for use in other systems.
To fix the problem once it has occurred:
1. Check if there are any entries in the senderrecipientpattern table are causing the problem, run the following query as schema owner (typically protect):
SELECT SENDERRECIPIENTPATTERNID, NAME FROM SENDERRECIPIENTPATTERN WHERE MODIFIEDDATE IS NULL AND MODIFIEDBYID IS NULL AND NAME IS NOT NULL;
2. If there are entries from running the command above, then check how many records need to be updated by running the following query as the schema owner :
SELECT COUNT(*) from SENDERRECIPIENTPATTERN WHERE MODIFIEDDATE IS NULL AND MODIFIEDBYID IS NULL AND NAME IS NOT NULL;
3. Please contact support to who can run the a SQL query as the schema owner protect, to resolve the issue
