Resolution

Manually re-assign the data source of the affected reports to the default data source ITAnalytics by following this procedure:

  1. On the server hosting SQL Server Reporting Services, open the application Reporting Services Configuration Manager
  2. When prompted, select the Server Name and Report Server Instance hosting the IT Analytics reports
  3. In the left pane of the Reporting Services Configuration Manager window, select the Web Portal menu item
  4. In the Web Portal URL section, click the URLs: hyperlink to load the Web Portal virtual directory in a browser
  5. In the browser, select the ITAnalytics folder

  7. Locate an affected report and click the ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner of its tile:
  8. Click Manage
  9. Under the Properties menu, select Data sources
