Need to remove a Symantec Critical Server Protection (SCSP) agent from system

Issue/Introduction
Cannot uninstall Symantec Critical Server Protection (SCSP) 5.2.x agent from device.
When you attempt to install the new version it fails with error 1603.
Cause
Some files may still be on the device or registry entries are from the previous install are stopping the install of the new version.
Resolution
Use the SCSP removal tool attached. Extract the tool and run the executable on the device you are trying to install the new agent onto.
This tool only removes agents version 5.2.x
