Attempts to access Enforce UI returns 404 error

Issue/Introduction

While browsing to DLP Enforce webpage: '404: page not found' error received.

The manager service is able to connect to the Oracle database with Protect account and all Symantec DLP Services are up and running.

A review of the tomcat logs will show the following error "BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:443"

 

 

Resolution

Please check the below points:

  1. Check the Port number mentioned in the SERVER.XML located at \SymantecDLP\Protect\Tomcat\Conf\
  2. If the Port number is same as mentioned in the BIND VALUE error message, please change it to 8443.
  3. Restart the Symantec DLP Manager service.
