When installing Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud (SEP SBE), installation proceeds until about 55 - 77, then the install hangs or freezes and never completes.
There is a conflict with another process: sftlist.exe. It belongs to Microsoft Application Virtualization Client Service, we have seen this MS process associated to imaging applications such as Acronis True Image.
Open Task Manager
Navigate to the Processes tab
Locate the service sftlist.exe under Image Name
Highlight the service and click End Process in Task Manager
