A user has installed the VIP Access Manager browser add-on but has forgotten the password.
All credentials for the add-on are stored on the VIP Access Manager Gateway in an encrypted database. The credentials can only be accessed by the password, or personal key, set by the user when the add-on was installed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover a lost personal key. The only option is to reset the personal key which will delete all added sites. The sites will then have to be re-added.
From the browser bar, click the VIP Access Manager lock icon.
Click on the navigation icon on the far right of the window, then select Enter Personal Key.
Click on the Reset Personal Key link.
Enter a new personal key and store it in a safe and secure place.
