After setting the Local Users identity service to a Level of Assurance (LOA) of 1, admin users are no longer able to log into the Admin Console or log in to the Single Sign-On (SSO) Portal.
The Admin Console uses the Default Admin Console access policy, which has a required LOA of 2. Changing the LOA on Local Users makes it so the correct level of 2 is not reached. As a result, users are denied access.
Connect to the VIP Access Manager Gateway server either from console or ssh and run the following script as root:
After running the script, log out from the SSO Portal and log back in as an admin user. The Admin Console icon should now be restored.
