When running a capture task from the console the DSTask.log located on the client machine at this location: Install Drive:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\Deployment\Logs\DSTask.log will show PCT Exe Return Value = 41.

The cause of this issue appears to either a corrupt or missing template file.
To resolve this issue first make sure that the template file exists in the correct location. Check the capture job being used and look at the template location within the task and then go and check that directory to make sure the template file does actually exist in that location. If this does not resolve the issue, recreate the template as the original template may be corrupt.
