You acquired the DLP suite from Symantec and the suite included Data Insight. You need technical support for Data Insight.
Data Insight is now a Veritas product and it is Veritas which provides support.
This is true even if you have Data Insight that was acquired via the DLP suite from Symantec - but in some cases it may be necessary for Symantec Customer Care to contact Veritas in order for a support case to be opened.
