When logging into the CAS device a message is displayed "Invalid birth Certificate. The Content Analysis System does not have a valid birth certificate. Please contact support"
1. If the hardware appliance does not have a valid birth certificate. Run this command:
CAS> en
CAS# request-appliance-certificate
Success
CAS#
2. If this is a virtual CAS installation, ensure that a network connection is available for the virtual machine, refresh the UI, and you should be prompted for credentials to download the birth certificate.
