You cannot access Symantec Cloud SWG (formerly WSS) from any country subject to U.S. Government-imposed embargos. In addition, attempts to access web content within any embargoed country via Cloud SWG fail.

This behavior is by design. We block all outgoing and incoming traffic to and from embargoed countries as outlined in section 12.7 of License and Service Terms & Repository

Cloud SWG can only be accessed while located outside of embargoed countries. Accessing content within an embargoed country must be done without using Cloud SWG.
