Do the virtual appliance (VA) versions of Secure Web Gateway (SWG) support the installation of VMware tools
Resolution
VMware tools are a set of utilities provided by VMware to help manage virtual instances of operating systems on to which they are installed. It is not possible to install additional applications onto SGOS at runtime as a result it is not possible to install VMware tools onto SWG VA
