ProxySG Software - SGOS

Issue/Introduction

Both of those restart codes represent manual restarts (restarts initiated by the administrator of the proxy)

0x6001A  is an abrupt restart (imitated with the command "restart abrupt")

0x60019 is a normal restart

It is not possible for a ProxySG to restart itself and use one of those 2 codes so there is generally no need to open a support case for restarts showing those codes, they simply mean that someone initiated a restart command via the GUI or the CLI

Resolution

You can check the Proxy restart code by accessing URL https://proxyip:8082/CM/Core_image/Details?All . Search for the keyword: "Software exception code" .
