With Content Filtering, why do some URLs have more than one category?

Issue/Introduction
There are instances where a single category is not sufficient. For example, a website that focuses on IT Security, but also provides an area for online collaboration, could be categorized as both Computer/Information Technology and Office/Business Applications.
Resolution
Administrators may allow or deny access to one or both categories based upon the needs of the organization.
