Issue/Introduction
You are seeing /?bcsi_scan in your URL
The ProxySG is configured to scan viruses using a ProxyAV
The ICAP patience page is enabled
The object download is hitting the patience page timeout
Resolution
/?bcsi_scan will appear in a URL when the download of an object takes longer than you have configured and ICAP scanning and patience pages are enabled. This is normal operating behavior for this configuration.
