In v9.2.8, PacketShaper cannot sub-classify SSL-based applications; this traffic gets classified as SSL instead of the application. For example, PacketShaper classifies SSL-based YouTube, Facebook and Netflix as "SSL."
The SSL common name extraction functionality does not work properly in PacketWise 9.2.8.
SSL sub-classification and some SSL-related crashes have been fixed in PacketWise 9.2.9 and higher releases.
Downgrade to v9.2.7 or upgrade to v9.2.9 or higher.
Blue Coat strongly recommends upgrading to v9.2.9 or higher.
Description:If you still see classification issues, make sure your category map is version 9.
