The CPM might slowly run out of memory during operation of the X-Series platform.
top commands reveal that most of the total memory is occupied by the
cbsstatsmond daemons. For example:

cbsstatsmond daemons can allocate significant amounts of memory when communicating with other modules (APMs, NPMs) within the chassis.
The problem was fixed in the following XOS versions:
Blue Coat recommends upgrading to one of the XOS versions above (or a later version) in order to resolve the issue.
