In some instances it may be necessary to clear login sessions in Security Analytics is there are issues connecting to the internal database.
The default maximum number of user sessions for Security Analytics is 10. This value may be adjusted in the Security settings page.
If the device is exhibiting a "Maximum number of concurrent sessions" message and the user(s) cannot be reached and asked to log out, the following SCM commands may be used to clear the users sessions to the server.
# scm sessions summary # scm sessions clear <username_or_id>

If you want to increase the maximum number of sessions on the appliance, you can go to the Settings > Security page and change the parameters there.
