The Web Security Service (WSS) contains a feature that allows you to suppress some information from the access logs, and thus reports.

To verify the status of this feature, in the WSS portal navigate to Account Configuration > Data Retention and Privacy and expand End User Privacy.

In the default privacy settings, check for select options, such as Suppress User/Group, and Device info.

Oftentimes, suppression is required in certain countries or business sectors. Before changing the option, verify why these options were set as is.
