FedEx Ship Manager application does not work when routing through a transparent Proxy

In order for the FedEx Ship Manager application to work through a Proxy, the connection needs to be Explicit

Or you can configure a Static Bypass for Transparent Deployments

Workaround

If you wish to stick with a transparent deployment you can configure a static bypass for the server running the application, or get a list of the IPs from FedEx and add them to the static bypass list
