"A RAID check is in progress. It is recommended to minimize utilization of the system while the RAID check is in progress (roughly 7 hours). You can continue to use the system normally but the raid check will take longer (performance will not be impacted)".
2. However, the MAA could remain in this state beyond the estimated time indefinitely.
3. All automated submission of samples/tasks to the affected MAA may start failing.
4. Stopping samples/tasks submissions does not help speed up the RAID check.
A reboot should workaround the problem.
Please log into the CLI ( via ssh or the serial console ) as the g2 user. Run this command and copy the output :"sudo mdadm -D /dev/md127". Also download the support package (syslog.tar.gz) from the Web User Interface under Help / Support. If you are affected by this problem, please open a case with Symantec support and provide the data above. Vital information could be lost once the MAA is rebooted.
