What to do if ICSP/NNP generates a false positive and/or is missing detection handling?
Please gather the following items:
Please attach the file in question as a password protected zip file. Use the word "infected" without quotes as a password.
Let us know the last update date and the installed Version of ICSP or NNP.
In case of a suspected false positive, please add the name of the malware detected, and the name of the scanner engine vendor detecting it.
Please include any additional information on the sample you may have:
Does the file belong to a driver package or a certain Software installation?
Did you download it, and if you did, can you add a link to the site?
