In the WebUI, when trying to generate a new diagnostics file through Monitor > Diagnosticsthe message "Another diagnostics process is currently active, do you want to abort it?" is displayed, as shown below:
Clicking Yes or No does not generate any action on the SSLV appliance. Then,the message keeps appearing.
An SSH session (same user) created a diagnostics file and is still active on the appliance.
There are two ways to solve the problem:
(If possible) close the SSH session that generates the diag file or use the command diags reset, then you will be able to run the diagnostics through the WebUI.
Another solution is to create a new user (Manage Appliance role) with the Platform Management (Hostname.Domain) > Users option (as shown in the picture)
and click on the plus button
and create a new user with the Manage Appliance role.
Then run the diagnostics normally with the new user you created.
