Reporter 'admins' can no longer view reports that they previously had permissions to view.
This issue occurs when an administrator removes an old database and re-creates a new database. Reporter clients linked to the 'deleted' database (based on the role assigned) will need to have their 'permissions' redefined the newly created database.
An Administrator must change the permission.
Step 1--Select Administration > General Settings > ACCESS CONTROL > LOCAL USERS.
Step 2--For the user, select Set Permissions from the Actions drop-down list.
Step 3--Clear any previously Assigned Roles and select the new role.
