Customer is asking for administrative access via serial console to DLP is not working or Unable to connect to the serial port on the back of the DLP appliance
The serial console has no outputs or not functions.
We suggest connect a USB keyboard and a monitor to the back of the DLP appliance for administrative purposes or enable SSH for administrative purposes as well.
