Unified Agent (UA) when on the network, behind a ProxySG or Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG), is running and/or blocking traffic and causing issues.

Unified Agent (UA) is designed to do site Categorization when the Computer is off the network and not behind a ProxySG/ASG. It is unsupported to have UA up and running when on the network behind a ProxySG.

Requirements:

Configure the Auto-Detection Policy (explicit Proxy Only and BCWF only) and/or the Location settings in the Client Manager Configuration.

• Location Settings can be found by going to the ProxySG/ASG > Configuration Tab > Clients > General > Locations Tab
