Issue/Introduction
The "Bad birth certificate install" displays after uploading the newly generated license upon upgrading SSL Visibility appliance software to version 4.x:
Cause
The license passphrase in licensing portal when generating the license does not support the use of special characters.
Resolution
Please make sure the passphrase does not contain any special characters when retrieving the license from the portal.
