Management Console Not Loading with Java error "The following resource is signed with a weak signature algorithm MD5withRSA and is treated as unsigned"

As of Java 8 Updated 131 or later on PC, Java no longer accepts Java Applets signed with MD5withRSA signature algorithm
As of Java 8 Updated 131 or later on PC, Java no longer accepts Java Applets signed with MD5withRSA signature algorithm.
Wanting to run Java 8 Update 131 or later to run Management console. The requirement now is to have to run on these versions specified below or later that no longer are signed with MD5withRSA:
SGOS 22.214.171.124 or later SGOS 126.96.36.199 or later SGOS 6.7.x or later
Since the GUI is unavailable to use for upgrade a upgrade VIA Management Center or Command Line of the proxy will be needed. To upgrade with the Command Line of the ProxySG, download the SGOS image file from support.symantec.com > Downloads > Network Protection Downloads. That file will need to be hosted on a HTTP Web server. The article for upgrading from Command Line is here: Upgrade ProxySG via command line interface
NOTE: To verify the file can be retrieved by the proxy, test downloading that image file from a web browser first.
If you are unable to upgrade your SGOS at the moment, the other workaround is to downgrade back Java to Java 8 update 121 or earlier, which will work with the older versions of SGOS.
