What happens in CCS when a reboot is pending on ITMS Patch Remediation?

When CCS identifies a client as requiring a patch, and ITMS pushes this patch to the client, what is the result when it is installed but requires a reboot to complete?
The CCS ticket is marked as "Completed with failures", if the patch installs but returns that it completed "pending reboot." Once the system is rebooted and CCS scans it again, it will be updated to compliant.
